Please send an email reservation request to john@foreignaffairstravel.com and I will reserve your place. No payment is necessary to reserve a space on this trip.

Please include the following information with your reservation request.

1. Name or names of people requesting reservations.
2. If traveling with young people under 18 years old, please indicate their age.
3. E mail address
4. Daytime phone number
5. Evening phone number
6. Mailing address
7. Please indicate if you want single or double occupancy hotel rooms or both.
8. If there are any special needs you or a member of your party may have please let us know about these so we can plan accordingly.
9. If you prefer to return on an alternate or later date, please include this information in your reservation request.
10. Contact information for an emergency contact person including the person's name, physical address, email if available and phone number including the area code.

Before your departure in an email I will provide you with the address and phone number of the hotels we will be staying in. Please leave this information with a contact person.

Payment Schedule & Options

1. Payment in fill is due on or before Winter 2009 dates TBA in August 2008.
2. You may pay with a personal or cashier's check or a money order.
3. Please make your check out to John Sedgwick
   Thank you for your patience. We will be adding online credit card payment soon.

Trip Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your trip your payment is fully refundable.

Air Booking Details
You will want to reserve a round trip itinerary from your location to Manzanillo México and return. The Manzanillo México airport code is ZLO.

Outbound Trip Date: Winter 2009 date TBA
Please plan to arrive at the Manzanillo airport on TBA. John Sedgwick will greet you at the airport with arranged transportation and accompany you to your hotel.

Return Trip Date:Winter 2009 date TBA
Please plan to book your return flight from Manzanillo airport to your return destination on 2009 date TBA.

Getting to Manzanillo
If you are traveling from the Western USA Alaska Airlines has connecting service to Manzanillo from Los Angeles International Airport or LAX. Continental Airlines also has connecting service through Houston. You will also find other less convenient routings through México City.

Pre arranged Foreign Affairs Travel ground transportation will leave from the Manzanillo airport to your hotel late afternoon. If you get in before 4:30 pm when the Alaska flight from LAX arrives you will have to wait at the airport for the folks to arrive that are on the 4:30 pm Alaska Airlines flight from LAX. Please let me know if you are planning on arriving at the Manzanillo airport earlier than 2:00 pm. If you prefer not to wait until 5:00 pm and following arrival go directly to your hotel there will be an additional cost of $45.00 US dollars for non shared ground transportation.

Once we contact you and confirm the trip, you will make your flight reservations and pay for your airline travel. Airfare is not included. Foreign Affairs Travel services will begin when you arrive in sunny Manzanillo
